Responsibilities:
Develops sustainable business relationships with clients, gaining increased knowledge of their needs and challenges
Presents project vision, architecture, and strategy to clients while driving transformation and innovation in medium-large client organizations to implement effective solutions through Novum offerings
Demonstrates concern for meeting client needs in a manner that provides satisfaction and excellent results for the client, leading to additional opportunities within the client account.
Responsible for Marketing & Sales (materials and managing all existing accounts with weekly updates)
Update/Record CRM and review Sales Related Tasks Bi-Weekly
Tackle Targeted Customer Audience for specific product offerings by understanding Novum offerings
Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client
Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable
Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client’s needs
Answering any basic technical questions, the client might have on products and offerings
Requirements and skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager with 3-5 years in IT industry
Familiar work with microsoft products
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and exceed targets
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
