Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients by phone, through email and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed
Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers
Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requests
Resolving complaints and keeping track of all processes that pertain to the clients desires
Acting as the clients representative in a firm to ensure their demands are met with a focus on improving the customer experience
Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs
Requirements and skills:
Degree in Business, Economics, Sales or Telecommunication;
3+ years’ of direct sales / account management experience in IT companies (software, data analytics) or similar companies
Demonstrate the ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology;
A proven track record of building long-term relationship with major accounts;
Ability to explore new opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans;
Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing, etc.);
