Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Administrator / Receptionist to support the daily operations of a legal office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a structured and confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence

  • Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and conference rooms

  • Maintain office filing systems (both physical and electronic) with high accuracy

  • Handle incoming and outgoing documentation, including legal documents

  • Support lawyers and legal staff with administrative tasks

  • Prepare basic documents, reports, and correspondence when required

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors and service providers

  • Assist with invoicing, document tracking, and internal coordination

  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive legal information at all times

  • Support general office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, receptionist, or office coordination roles (experience in legal firms is an advantage)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)

  • Professional appearance and client-oriented attitude

  • High level of responsibility, discretion, and attention to detail

Job Purpose: The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with local tax legislation, and supporting internal financial control processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll for a workforce of approximately 120 employees, including offshore personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
