About the Position:

  • We are currently seeking a talented, dynamic, and motivated IB MYP English Language Acquisition teacherto join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in school settings, a strong command of the English language, and expertise in delivering the IB program.

Requirements are as follows:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in English language teaching

  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an IB MYP programme

  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and others

  • Ability to differentiate instruction for all learners

  • Excellent knowledge of computer office standard applications, especially familiarity with Google and G Suite, and integrating technology into the classroom to increase learning

  • Good interpersonal skills and be ability to work well as part of a team

  • Ability to communicate fluently verbally and in writing in English.

CVs will be shortlisted based on a candidate’s work experience and meeting the requirements. Successful candidates will be interviewed.

We are currently seeking a talented, dynamic, and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. Recruitment Specilaist Responsibilities Manage execution, termination, and amendments of employment contracts in the E-MAS system and monitor the signing process Create positions and activate vacancies in Ə-MAS Process and monitor benefit applications via SSPF (maternity leave, loss of work capacity, partial parental leave) Prepare and approve monthly timesheets and payroll reports Monitor employee attendance, absences, and lateness Prepare the annual vacation schedule and coordinate leave planning with department managers Manage medical insurance processes, including cancellation for terminated employees and organization of annual check-ups Calculate final settlements for terminated employees Notify IT, Security, Finance, and Marketing departments regarding new hires, terminations, and position changes Send internal rules and procedures to newly hired employees Respond to employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner Recruitment Specialist Required Skills Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR compliance procedures Experience working with Ə-MAS and SSPF systems High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong communication and coordination skills Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration Experience in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration Fluency in Azerbaijani; English proficiency is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office applications Note: This job description is a general overview and should not be considered an exhaustive list of responsibilities, skills, or qualifications.
