Job Description: We are currently seeking an IT Technician to support engineering and design teams with day-to-day IT operations and specialized engineering systems. The role is focused on providing Helpdesk support with a strong emphasis on AutoCAD and related engineering software environments. We are looking for a Technical Site Supervisor who can supervise on-site teams in construction and renovation projects, has knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, can assess the scope of work on-site, prepare BOQ/cost estimates, and manage site operations from start to finish. About the Role: We are currently looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a large-scale international construction project within the energy/infrastructure sector. The role is focused on ensuring that all construction, installation, and commissioning activities are executed in full compliance with project specifications, international standards, and contractual requirements. Location: Baku, Azerbaijan Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all QA/QC activities across construction phases (civil, mechanical, electrical, I&C) Monitor and control EPC contractor quality performance on site Supervise inspections, testing activities (FATs, RFIs), and material approvals Ensure compliance with approved Quality Plans and project documentation Manage non-conformities (NCRs/FONs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented Oversee vendor inspections, fabrication, and procurement quality (including off-site) Coordinate with construction, engineering, and commissioning teams Participate in audits, site inspections, and quality meetings Ensure full quality documentation for project handover and commissioning Requirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction projects (EPC/EPCM environment) Proven experience as QA/QC Manager on large industrial/infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, procedures, and systems Hands-on experience with site supervision and contractor management Experience in managing multi-disciplinary construction activities Strong understanding of inspections, testing, and commissioning processes Good communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English (Russian is an advantage) Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
