Role Synopsis:

  • The HR Operations Manager oversees the management and streamlining of HR processes within the textile manufacturing industry setting. The position is crucial in ensuring that HR services are delivered effectively and efficiently through workforce administration, payroll coordination, lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and HR system support. HR operations management in this setting facilitates production processes by keeping a stable workforce, operational discipline, and regulatory compliance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Be responsible for managing and controlling daily HR operational activities in the manufacturing plant, including onboarding, attendance management, personnel administration, and offboarding processes.

  • Facilitate and ensure that employee files, HR database information, contract information, and personnel documents are kept up to date, accurate, and confidential.

  • Facilitate the input process for payroll and ensure synchronization of employee data and information about their attendance, overtime, leaves, shifts, and payroll activities.

  • Supervise the activities associated with the management of the workforce, such as shift scheduling, management of leaves and overtime, and movement of workforce members.

  • Ensure proper adherence to laws, policies, disciplinary measures, and audit procedures in terms of HR operations.

  • Coordinate, lead, and supervise operational projects associated with improvement and optimization of HR operational activities.

  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues together with the involvement of line managers, such as investigations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.

  • Generate and analyze HR operational reports, dashboards, and key workforce metrics.

  • Facilitate cooperation with other departments, such as production, finance, and HSE, in regard to workforce-related activities.

Desired background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • A master’s degree and/or professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage

  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years’ experience in HR progressively and ideally in the manufacturing industries

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in the field of HR Operations/HR Administration/HR Management

  • High-level experience in payroll coordination, personnel administration, and labor legislation

  • Significant experience in managing high-volume blue-collar workers in manufacturing operations

  • Experience in HRIS and process improvements in HR

Required skills:

  • Highly competent in terms of organization and operational management abilities

  • Very strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills

  • Knowledgeable about labor laws, HR operations and HR compliance

  • High attention to detail in HR management and reporting

Role Synopsis: The responsibilities of the Legal Director involve managing all the legal aspects of the company, ensuring full compliance with the laws and regulations, and protecting the interests of the organization. As an advisor to line managers in the textile industry setting, the HRBP facilitates activities such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance.
