Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Department in planning, coordinating, and overseeing all metal construction activities.

  • Ensure projects are executed in line with approved designs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Act as Department Head in their absence, with full operational authority.

  • Oversee fabrication, erection, and installation works for metal structures.

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.

  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors.

  • ​​​​​​​Review engineering drawings, method statements, and technical specifications.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and contractual requirements.

  • Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to engineering and site teams.

  • Ensure implementation of quality management systems and inspection plans.

  • Address non-conformities and drive continuous improvement in workmanship and processes.
