Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced Commercial & Leasing Manager to manage and drive leasing activities for a modern office space project in Baku. The role focuses on attracting tenants, managing negotiations, and ensuring high occupancy rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full leasing cycle for office spaces

  • Identify and attract potential tenants

  • Conduct negotiations and finalize lease agreements

  • Present available office spaces to clients

  • Develop and prepare commercial proposals

  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants and partners

  • Monitor the commercial real estate market

  • Prepare reports on leasing activities and contracts

  • Participate in industry events and networking activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate (office leasing preferred)

  • Higher education (Economics, Law, Business, or related fields)

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills

  • Result-oriented and proactive mindset

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani; good Russian and English skills

  • Ability to prepare professional commercial offers

  • Knowledge of leasing principles and business communication

  • Good computer skills; CRM experience is an advantag

This role will focus on document control, administrative coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations.
