Conditions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise on-site construction and technical works

  • Coordinate site workers and subcontractors

  • Prepare BOQ / cost estimates and monitor project execution

  • Ensure compliance with technical and safety standards

  • Maintain communication with clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of construction, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems

  • Experience with BOQ preparation and site coordination

  • Azerbaijani – fluent | English – good command

  • AutoCAD knowledge is a plus

  • PA experience at Sangachal Terminal is an advantage

Location: Baku (office-based) Reporting to: Project Manager Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the Project Manager and project team. This role will focus on document control, administrative coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day project operations.
