Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations Handle cash and process payments accurately Support team members and ensure smooth daily bar operations

Welcome and check-in/check-out guests professionally and efficiently Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism Ensure accurate billing and payment processing Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

Clean and maintain hotel public areas such as lobby, reception, corridors, elevators, public restrooms, meeting rooms, and other common spaces. Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing tasks according to hotel standards. Refill and restock supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas. Remove trash and ensure proper waste disposal procedures are followed. Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals properly and safely. Support the housekeeping team with additional cleaning tasks when required.
