Technical Review & Assurance

  • Perform comprehensive technical reviews of project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, and specifications

  • Validate the alignment between planned quantities and actual site execution

  • Proactively identify technical discrepancies and recommend effective corrective actions

  • Evaluate the constructability and feasibility of engineering solutions within site conditions

Site Supervision & Execution Control

  • Oversee and control daily construction and installation activities to ensure adherence to project plans

  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure full compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements

  • Enforce implementation of approved methodologies, specifications, and industry best practices

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a key coordination point between project teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers

  • Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support timely and informed decision-making

  • Manage and communicate design modifications, site instructions, and technical clarifications effectively

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

  • Support and participate in testing and commissioning activities to ensure system functionality and performance

  • Oversee execution of functional and performance tests in accordance with project requirements

  • Ensure timely preparation, tracking, and closure of snag/punch lists prior to handover

Reporting & Documentation Control

  • Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and progress reports

  • Maintain systematic records of technical changes, variations, and site instructions

  • Support the development and verification of as-built documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant site experience

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and working with technical documentation

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects

  • HSE knowledge and relevant certifications

  • PMP or other project management knowledge/certifications (advantageous)
