  • Monitor and control project costs, including cash flow, variation orders, and payments

  • Review and evaluate contract variations, providing recommendations to the Project Manager

  • Oversee interim payment certificates and ensure timely payments in line with contractual terms

  • Support risk mitigation through claim prevention and dispute resolution strategies

  • Analyze project correspondence and assess contractual and financial implications

  • Manage project close-out activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements

  • Prepare regular cost and cash flow reports to support informed decision-making

  • Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts aligned with the project plan

  • Apply industry best practices in cost control and drive continuous process improvement

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

  • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant work experience

  • Experience in at least 2 construction projects

  • Strong knowledge of cost control and budgeting

  • Experience in contract management and financial analysis

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools

  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2)

  • Azerbaijani language – fluent
