Ability to use modern educational and electronic equipment (smart boards, tablets, computers, etc.) in the classroom. Fluent in Azerbaijani, B2 level English languages. Experience in using MS Office and Windows software packages. To establish effective communication with students and parents, school leaders, teachers and support staff. Main responsibilities: Support students in their learning by actively participating in lessons and working with small groups. Assist the teacher with all classroom activities as instructed. Prepare for lessons by reading lesson plans in advance and understanding your role clearly; ask the teacher if anything is unclear. Help deliver effective and engaging lessons. Support the teacher in assessing group work. Assist in preparing reports and attending parent meetings when needed. Support morning registration and self-directed learning lessons, and explain tasks to students when necessary. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students in the classroom and around the school. Supervise students during break times according to the duty schedule. Help with after-school clubs by supporting or leading activities. Assist in preparing lesson materials, including digital resources. Help create classroom displays following school guidelines. Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying. At least 1-3 years of experience in the appropriate field Experience with (or familiarity with) tools such as, but not limited to: 3D printing, 3D modelling, vinyl cutting, Micro:bit, coding, and MiniDrone. Fluent in Azerbaijani, B2 level English languages. Strong skills in Google Apps for Education (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, etc.). Highly effective communication, listening, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strong written, verbal, and technology-based communication skills. Main responsibilities: Understand, design, develop, assess, and manage STEAM learning experiences. Model, deliver, and create rich, student-centered learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. Demonstrate a solid understanding of the connections between technology, computer science, and other fields of study. Ensure that all topics taught in the classroom meet state and national standards and requirements. Supervise students and ensure their safety in the classroom. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills. Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with young children in a preschool setting; Experience supporting classroom teachers and working collaboratively in a team environment; Familiarity with early childhood developmental milestones and age-appropriate practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults; Warm, patient, and nurturing personality with a genuine love for working with young children; Ability to follow directions and assist the lead teacher in implementing daily routines and educational activities; Ability to maintain a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment; Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward supporting children’s learning and well-being. Main responsibilities: Support the lead teacher in planning and implementing daily educational activities aligned with the preschool curriculum. Foster a caring, safe, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported. Encourage positive behavior and assist children in developing social, emotional, and self-help skills. Observe and report children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns to the lead teacher. Assist with maintaining cleanliness and order in the classroom, ensuring materials and toys are properly stored and sanitized. Support children during snack, lunch, rest, and toileting times, promoting independence and hygiene routines.
