Position Objective
The Operations Planning Coordinator is responsible for ensuring operational readiness of installation teams through effective coordination of material flow, dispatch planning, vehicle utilization, and route efficiency. The role supports uninterrupted field execution by aligning supply readiness with daily installation targets.
Role Overview
The Operations Planning Coordinator acts as the operational interface between Planning, warehouse operations, assembly, dispatch coordination, and field teams. The role ensures that installation teams are supplied in accordance with the approved schedule and that logistical constraints are identified before they impact productivity.
In addition to material readiness control, the position monitors vehicle allocation, dispatch timing, and route efficiency to support optimal field utilization and minimize non-productive time.
Core Responsibilities
The Installation Logistics Coordinator is responsible for:
Monitoring daily installation demand against available meter stock and prepared units
Coordinating meter flow between warehouse, assembly, and dispatch
Confirming readiness of materials and tools prior to daily deployment
Tracking stock levels and identifying potential shortages or bottlenecks
Coordinating daily vehicle allocation in alignment with scheduled installation clusters
Monitoring vehicle utilization and route efficiency to reduce idle time and travel delays
Reviewing dispatch timing and identifying systemic delays affecting team start times
Documenting logistics-related constraints impacting installation productivity
Maintaining structured records of material movement, dispatch activity, and vehicle performance
The role requires proactive coordination with warehouse personnel, assembly teams, transport drivers, and field supervisors to ensure continuous operational flow.

Daily readiness confirmation report
Installation-to-stock alignment overview
Vehicle utilization and dispatch efficiency summary
Stock visibility and shortage alerts
Documented logistics-related risks affecting performance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related technical field
Experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, transport planning, or operational environments
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
Ability to analyze daily operational data and identify efficiency gaps
Fluency in Russian and English
Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of operating in a high-activity execution environment
Working Conditions:
Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday – Friday);
Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM;
