We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support to our team.
Role Summary
The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and operational functioning of the company. The role supports leadership and teams by maintaining efficient office processes, internal coordination, and administrative control.

Fluency in AZE and ENG is minimum set of languages

Job and Main Tasks description:
Office Operations Management
Oversee daily office functioning and administrative workflows
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities
Coordinate maintenance and service providers
Ensure compliance with safety and workplace standards
Administrative & Executive Support
Support NOVUM leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, documentation and coordination
Organize internal meetings and company events
Prepare reports, memos, and internal communications
Vendor & Contract Management
Manage office suppliers and service providers
Monitor service quality and cost efficiency
Control office-related budgets and expenses
HR & Employee Support (Operational side)
Support onboarding and offboarding logistics (workspace, access, equipment)
Maintain employee records (in coordination with HR)
Coordinate internal policies and documentation
Organize employee engagement initiatives
Financial & Document Control
Track office-related expenses
Process invoices and coordinate with finance
Maintain document management system
Ensure proper filing and archiving
