Marketing and Product Development Specialist

Candidate Requirements:

• Higher education in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in product development, preferably within the education sector.

• Advanced familiarity with social media platforms.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• English language at B1-B2 level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing product development strategies for the education center.

• Launch educational products to the market.

• Participating in the collection and analysis of student needs and feedback.

• Take part in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Conduct market and competitor research.

• Support the creation of new educational products and increase sales of existing products.

• Support student acquisition processes and coordinate with the sales team.

• Participate in lead generation initiatives and sales support activities aimed at attracting prospective students.

• Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports (number of inquiries, conversion rates, etc.)

• Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding completed tasks and achieved results.

Job Information:

• Salary: Fixed salary + sales-based bonus (to be determined during the interview based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience).

Work schedule: 6 days a week

• 5 days: 10:00–19:00

• Saturday: 10:00–16:00 (short working day)
