Marketing and Product Development Specialist
Candidate Requirements:
Higher education in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in product development, preferably within the education sector.
Advanced familiarity with social media platforms.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
English language at B1-B2 level.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing product development strategies for the education center.
Launch educational products to the market.
Participating in the collection and analysis of student needs and feedback.
Take part in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Support the creation of new educational products and increase sales of existing products.
Support student acquisition processes and coordinate with the sales team.
Participate in lead generation initiatives and sales support activities aimed at attracting prospective students.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare reports (number of inquiries, conversion rates, etc.)
Prepare and submit regular reports to management regarding completed tasks and achieved results.
Job Information:
Salary: Fixed salary + sales-based bonus (to be determined during the interview based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience).

Location: Ataturk Ave. 39A (StudyLab Education Center).
Work schedule: 6 days a week
5 days: 10:00–19:00
Saturday: 10:00–16:00 (short working day)
