Key Responsibilities:
Ensure employee records are accurate and payroll data is processed in compliance with local laws and company policies, including preparing reports on work hours, leave balances, and headcount.
Manage and register vacation balances, vacation orders, sick leaves, unpaid leaves, and other absence documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions for the assigned employee group.
Create and maintain complete personnel records in databases, personnel files, EMAS, and related platforms.
Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Track and support new employees during their probationary period.
Generate HR reports, analytics, and dashboards to support management decisions.
Support strategic HR initiatives, including learning and development, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs
Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and facilitating conflict resolution in line with company policies.
Administer and act as primary contact for employee benefits (mobile communication, discounts, insurance programs, transportation, etc.).
Coordinate issuance of employee bank accounts and salary cards.
Perform other HR and payroll-related tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, recruitment, and other core HR functions.
Strong knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and HR best practices.
Proficiency in preparing HR documentation, reports, and employee records.
Strong understanding of payroll inputs, employee benefits, leave management etc.
Technical Skills:
Experience working with HRIS/HRMS systems.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with recruitment platforms, assessment tools, and performance management systems.
Core Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Language Proficiency:
Fluency in Azerbaijani and good command of English is required.
Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.
