Technical Requirements

  • University education (preferably in IT or related field)

  • Good administration experience of Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Understanding of how PCs, laptops and peripheral devices (printers, scanners) work

  • Basic knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)

  • Skills in cable works: neat patch-cord routing, basic cabling, connector crimping, physical network troubleshooting

  • Basic hardware repair and upgrades: SSD/HDD replacement, RAM upgrade, cooler replacement, basic diagnostics

  • Skills in installing, configuring and updating software and operating systems

  • Configuration and support of mobile devices (iOS, Android): corporate email, VPN, basic security settings

  • Experience in user support and resolving common technical issues

  • Experience working with ticketing systems and handling support requests (priorities, SLA)

  • Skills in remote user support (RDP, VNC or similar tools)

  • Good command of office applications (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)

  • Mandatory documentation of solutions and typical cases in the knowledge base (Confluence)

  • Ability to quickly diagnose and solve problems

  • Polite, customer-oriented and stress-resistant attitude

  • Ability to work in a team and follow procedures and regulations

  • High level of responsibility and attention to detail

  • English or Russian language skills at least at B1 level (written and verbal)

  • Обязательное документирование решений и типовых кейсов в базе знаний (Confluence)

  • Умение быстро диагностировать и устранять проблемы

Application & Collaboration Tools: Manage and provide support for corporate systems like Jira, Confluence, and an on-premise instance of Bitrix24 or Creatio CRM, including data migration and user administration tasks. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all managed systems, configurations, and operational procedures. Troubleshooting: Serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure-related issues, providing timely resolution and root cause analysis. IT Projects: Leading the IT projects like Bitrix24/Creatio integration, VM migrations, on-premises to cloud and back migrations, etc. Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in a System Engineer role. Expertise in virtualization with VMware vSphere, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Deep knowledge of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP. Strong proficiency in Linux administration (Ubuntu). Proven experience managing MS Exchange environments. Hands-on experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions, specifically Veeam. Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, firewalls, and load balancing (HAProxy is a strong plus). Experience administering Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) and/or CRM/ERP systems like Bitrix24. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. A strong commitment to documentationand standardizingprocesses. Language skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani, English (B2), Russian (C1). Network Engineer

Responsibilities Administer, configure, and optimize Palo Alto firewalls (complex enterprise setup). Support and maintain a heterogeneous network environment: FortiSwitch, HP (legacy), Cisco (3750G), and MikroTik devices across branch offices. Manage and support Ubiquiti UniFi Wi-Fi infrastructure, including VM-hosted UniFi controllers. Manage and support site-to-site IPsec VPNs with multiple external organizations and internal offices. Ensure reliable connectivity and network security across the datacenter cluster and distributed branch infrastructure. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance, routing, wireless, and security issues. Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of all network configurations, changes, and procedures in Confluence. Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, and business teams to ensure smooth and secure operations. Requirements Proven experience as a Network Engineer (5+ years in enterprise or multi-branch environments preferred). Deep hands-on knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls (configuration, troubleshooting, security policies). Strong background with FortiSwitch, legacy HP switches, and Cisco 3750G platforms. Practical experience with MikroTik routers in branch deployments. Solid expertise in IPsec VPNs (multi-partner and inter-office topologies).
