HSE Engineer

Vəzifə öhdəlikləri: Aylıq əsasda nəqliyyat vasitəsinin son km göstəricisini, yanacaq qəbzlərini və yol vərəqəsini aidiyyəti şöbəyə təqdim edilməsini təmin etmək. Avtomobillərin texniki baxışdan keçirilməsinə nəzarət etmək. Avtomobilləri istismar təlimatlarına uyğun olaraq vaxtlı-vaxtında servis mərkəzində texniki xidmət və texniki baxışdan keçirilməsinə nəzarət etmək Avtomobilin yeni sürücüyə təhvil verilməsi və ya sürücü işdən ayrılanda təhvil alınması, akt (avtomobil texniki baxışdan keçirilməli və sənəd akta tikilməıli, yararlı olması, xarici görnüşündə hər hansı qüsurun olmaması və s. qeyd edilməklə) əsasında həyata keçirmək GPS qurğuları üzrə sürücülərin hərəkətinə nəzarət etmək;

Vəzifə öhdəlikləri: Anbara qəbul, yerləşdirmə və saxlama zamanı təhlükəsizlik qaydalarına əməl olunmasına nəzarət Anbar əməliyyatlarının gündəlik (mədaxil, məxaric) yerinə yetirilməsi və sənədləşdirilməsinə nazarət Anbardan buraxılan va anbara daxil olan materialların sənədlərinin düzgünlüyünün yoxlanılmasına nəzarət Layihəyə məxsus əsas vəsait, mal-material ehtiyyatlarının va invertarların nəzarətini həyata keçirmək Anbarlarda məhsulların düzgün yüklənmə vərəqlarini say və çeşidlərə uyğun yoxlanılmasına nəzarət Mütamadi olaraq risk görünən zaman anbarda sayım edilməsinə nəzarət etmək Əraziyə buraxılan va anbara qəbul edilən malın faktura sənədlarinə uyğun olmasına nəzarət etmək Rotasiya zamanı anbardarlanın təhvil-təslim prosesinə nəzarətin edilməsi.

Department: Planning Reports To: Head of Planning Position Objective The Planning Engineer is responsible for maintaining schedule integrity and supporting structured short-term planning for installation operations. The role ensures that project execution is accurately reflected in the schedule and that planning remains aligned with operational targets, sequencing logic, and execution constraints. Actively monitors field performance and raises deviations, risks, and planning inconsistencies to protect delivery targets. Role Overview The Planning Engineer maintains and updates the detailed project schedule using MS Project or an equivalent planning tool. The role monitors field performance against plan and ensures that scheduling logic reflects verified operational conditions. The position functions as a coordination interface between planning, field teams, logistics, and warehouse operations to maintain execution stability and prevent planning gaps. Deviations from plan must be recorded, structured, and communicated to support transparent performance control. The Planning Engineer has authority to challenge sequencing, readiness assumptions, and reported progress where inconsistencies or risks are identified. Core Responsibilities The Planning Engineer is responsible for: Maintaining and updating the project schedule on a regular and as-required basis Incorporating daily and weekly installation progress into the master schedule Preparing structured short-term and two-week look-ahead plans Monitoring planned versus actual performance and documenting deviations Highlighting recurring performance trends and operational constraints Identifying schedule risks and contributing to data-based corrective planning decisions Coordinating with logistics and operational teams to confirm readiness and sequencing Supporting structured progress reporting and schedule documentation control The role requires proactive identification of constraints that may impact installation sequencing or productivity. Deliverables Key outputs of the position include: Updated master schedule Structured look-ahead plans Planned versus actual performance summaries Documented schedule deviations and risk inputs Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field Experience in project planning or scheduling within construction, utilities, infrastructure, or operational environments. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory) Practical experience with MS Project or equivalent planning tools; experience with alternative scheduling platforms will be considered Fluency in Russian and English Structured analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic execution environment Working Conditions: Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday – Friday); Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM; Salary: To be discussed during the interview Address 1: Badamdar Estate, Mikayil Mushfiq street 1, Baku.
