Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the HSE Department.

  • Maintain and update HSE records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies and ISO 45001 standards.

  • Assist in preparation of incident, near-miss, and hazard reports; ensure proper filing and follow-up on corrective actions.

  • Participate in HSE meetings, take minutes, and track action items to ensure timely closure.

  • Support HSE audits and inspections — prepare documentation, follow up on findings, and assist with corrective action plans.

  • Assist in developing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, and programs.

  • Coordinate internal and external HSE training sessions, maintain training attendance and certification records.

  • Prepare monthly HSE performance reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and analysis.

  • Maintain HSE communication boards, safety alerts, and awareness materials at the workplace.

  • Ensure that all contractors and visitors comply with company safety rules and procedures.

  • Provide administrative assistance in risk assessments, safety briefings, and toolbox talks.

  • Support emergency response planning, drills, and recordkeeping.

  • Liaise with HR, operations, and contractors to ensure alignment of HSE practices across departments.

  • Monitor the use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and report shortages or issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in an administrative or assistant capacity.

  • Good understanding of ISO 45001 and occupational health and safety management systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HSE documentation systems.

  • Strong organizational and reporting skills with high attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills in Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage).

  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: Ensure that company HSE policies, procedures and controls are always adhered to**.Establish, monitor and supervise proper Emergency Response Plans for company activities.** Develop, managed and improve company HSE objectives, strategies, plan and performance in company activities/ projects in safely, on time, within budget and accordance to regulation and standard. Ensure that company HSE policies, procedures and controls are always adhered to. Establish, monitor and supervise proper Emergency Response Plans for company activities. Support Human Resources Department to ensure proper job training and requisite skill sets development. Oversee, monitor and report HSE activity and performance adhered to HSE Management Plans and effectively implemented. Ensure safety section of the contract bid documents are complete; review and evaluate contractor safely information during the contractor selection process. Serve as the point of contact for the project HSE Coordinators with regards to HSE plans, processes agreements and progress updates. Monitor, inspect and audit contractor engineering, construction or installation safety programs and safe work practices. Recommend course of action on safety mitigation performance and willing to travel domestically. Provide safety and health information/expertise to the site team. Requirements and qualifications: Minimum Bachelor Degree. Experience min 5 years as HSE in oil and gas industry. Good knowledge on local and international HSE regulations/standards, HSE Management System, ISO . Ability to conduct risk management and incident investigation & root causes. Proficient computer literacy, Ms Office and related HSE software. Excellent oral and written communication skills (Azerbaijani, English and Russian). Additional information: Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00, 5-day working week; extra work time after working hours and weekends if required completed with additional payment.
