Role Synopsis:
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the practical administration of employment contracts, managing leave processes, preparing HR orders, and ensuring accurate documentation in full compliance with the Labor Code of Azerbaijan. This position requires high accuracy, confidentiality, and service-oriented mentality to support employees and internal stakeholders on the day-to-day HR operational matters arising.
Key Accountabilities:
Process annual leave, unpaid leave, and other leave applications in the ERP/HRIS system and prepare corresponding orders
Maintain and update monthly reports on paid and unpaid leaves
Register and track all sick leave applications, ensuring timely submission of required documentation (acts, explanations, SSPF forms, etc.)
Prepare HR orders across all employment lifecycle stages (hiring, transfer, promotion, suspension, disciplinary measures, termination, etc.)
Register and monitor employee fingerprints and access-related information
Order and track salary cards; ensure timely handover to employees
Archive and maintain personal files of dismissed employees in accordance with internal procedures and legislation
Support HR team with contract preparation, document control, and other administrative activities
Ensure compliance with national labor legislation and internal HR policies
Desired background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations/HR Administration, preferably in medium or large organizations (manufacturing industry)
Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (e.g., Logo, SAP, Oracle, 1C, or local platforms)
Strong understanding of Azerbaijan labor legislation, employee leave procedures, and SSPF documentation requirements
Experience working with official HR documentation, orders, contracts, and personal files
Required skills:
High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work with confidential information discreetly
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
Proficiency in Azerbaijani language (native); working knowledge of English
Confident computer skills (MS Office, Excel proficiency required)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
