System Administrator

Role Synopsis:

• We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented System Administrator to join our IT Team. The System Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stable, secure, and uninterrupted operation of the company’s IT infrastructure. This includes administration of servers, network equipment, user accounts, and core IT systems, as well as prompt resolution of technical issues and adherence to information security requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

• Installation, administration, and monitoring of servers (on-premises and cloud)

• Administration of Active Directory and user accounts

• Implementation and maintenance of backup and recovery processes

• Ensuring compliance with information security policies and standards

• Diagnosis and resolution of server technical issues

• Administration of Office365 email system

• Management of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)

• Maintenance of IT documentation and asset inventory

Desired background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role

• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies

Required skills

• High attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work with confidential information discreetly

• Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude

• Proficiency in Azerbaijani (native); fluency in English (spoken and written)

Working conditions:

• Location: 2 Sulh Str., Sumgait, Azerbaijan.

• Shuttle bus service (from 20 Yanvar) and lunch are provided.
