We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Chief Analyst to support the CFO and senior management with financial analysis, reporting, and strategic insights.

The role involves close interaction with financial institutions, participation in financing activities, and preparation of high-level analytical materials to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze company financial performance and monitor financial and banking markets

  • Prepare analytical reports, presentations, and management materials

  • Support decision-making through financial analysis and insights

  • Coordinate data collection across departments for financial reporting

  • Work with banks and financial institutions on financing and reporting matters

  • Support execution of financial transactions (debt, project finance, hedging, etc.)

  • Participate in IFRS-related processes and reporting

  • Monitor and report on company debt and financial instruments

  • Contribute to the development of company financing strategy

  • Support budgeting process and financial planning

  • Prepare materials for external audits and counterparties

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (banking, audit, consulting, or large industrial companies)

  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, modelling, corporate finance, and IFRS

  • Experience working with financial institutions and debt financing

  • Understanding of macroeconomic and financial markets

  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Experience with financial systems and reporting tools

Languages:

  • English – upper-intermediate or higher

  • Azerbaijani or Russian is a plus

Additional Advantages:

  • CFA / FRM (completed or in progress)

  • Experience in industrial or metals & mining sector

Job Summary: The company is seeking a highly experienced Head of Administration Department to ensure the effective and strategic management of administrative operations across office and production facilities. The role focuses on operational efficiency, cost optimization, and maintaining high standards of administrative services to support overall business performance.
