About the role: Location of work: Tbilisi pr.3001, Oscar Business Center Schedule: 8 hrs / 5 days Salary: 800 AZN net Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) Assist to source candidates and update our database Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Benefits: Lunch Mobile phone Insurance Qualifications: Relevant working experience University degree Fluent English (intermediate) and Azerbaijani Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Interpersonal skills & ability to work in team Good planning, analytical and decision-making skills Good communication and organizational skills Interested candidates are requested to submit their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button by specifying the Job Title in the subject line.
