Location: Baku / Site-based Salary: 5,500 – 7,000 AZN (net) This role is ideal for a hands-on Civil Engineer with strong site experience in earthworks, infrastructure, and industrial construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site Oversee site preparation, excavation, filling, levelling, and compaction works Manage drainage systems, culverts, and access road construction Ensure compliance with project specifications, HSE, and quality standards Coordinate with QA/QC, HSE, survey teams, subcontractors, and vendors Support preparation of method statements, inspection requests, and as-built documentation Requirements: Ability to work with drawings, specs, and project documentation English – good working level Degree in Civil Engineering 5–10 years of relevant experience (industrial / EPC / infrastructure / O&G preferred) Strong practical experience in: Earthworks & compaction Site grading & levelling Drainage & culverts Roads & access roads Fencing & gates Concrete & foundations Preferred: Experience in international / EPC projects Exposure to oil & gas standards Experience in Azerbaijan is a plus Due to project confidentiality, detailed company information will be shared at later stages.
