We are looking for a versatile BI Engineer to join our Business Intelligence Engineering team. You will design and build advanced vizualizations (3D/4D vizualizations), develop AI Agents and the platform that hosts them, and create modern data applications(tools, interfaces and etc.) that turn raw enterprise data into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Digital Twin like solutions that virtually represent physical assets, processes, and operations.

  • Integrate real-time and batch data sources into the Digital Twin layer.

  • Implement simulation, monitoring, and what-if analysis capabilities to support operational decisions.

  • Develop AI Agents using modern LLM frameworks for use cases such as analytics assistants, automation, and decision support.

  • Engineer prompts, tools, memory, and orchestration logic to deliver reliable agent behavior.

  • Integrate agents with internal data sources, APIs, and enterprise applications.

  • Contribute to building the internal platform that hosts, deploys, and monitors AI Agents.

  • Develop reusable components for agent orchestration, evaluation, observability, and governance.

  • Apply best practices in security, scalability, and lifecycle management of Agentic AI services.

  • Design and develop end-to-end data applications(tool/interfaces) using Python, React/JavaScript and etc.

  • Build APIs, dashboards, and interactive interfaces that expose advanced analytics to business users.

  • Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, governance, and business teams to ensure data quality, lineage, and performance.

  • Develop advanced analytical models and translate them into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

  • Create custom Power BI visuals using TypeScript and the Power BI custom visuals SDK for non-standard functional needs.

  • Define standards and templates that improve consistency and reusability across BI deliverables.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

  • 3+ years of professional experience in BI engineering, advanced data analytics, or data software engineering.

  • Strong programming skills in Python (data processing, APIs, automation, AI/ML libraries).

  • Solid frontend development skills with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, and custom visuals development.

  • Experience working with relational and analytical databases and writing performant SQL.

  • Familiarity with REST APIs, version control (Git), and modern software development practices.

  • Understanding of data architecture concepts: data warehousing, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or integrating 2D/3D vizualizations and Digital Twin like solutions

  • Understanding of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, or similar

  • Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, including their AI/ML and data services.

  • Knowledge of containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Experience developing custom Power BI visuals using TypeScript and the Power BI custom visuals SDK.

  • Exposure to monitoring, and evaluation of AI systems in production.

End User Support Senior Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated End User Senior Specialist to join our IT Support team and play a key role in delivering high-quality technical services across the organization. This position is responsible for resolving complex technical issues, supporting critical business operations, mentoring support teams, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT support processes. The ideal candidate is technically strong, customer-oriented, and capable of working effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments. Key Responsibilities: Resolve complex and advanced technical incidents and user requests. Receive, prioritize, investigate, and resolve issues escalated from Junior and Middle support levels. End User Support Junior Specialist

Knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage; the candidate should be able to read and understand texts in these languages and possess strong research and search skills. 1 year of experience in Helpdesk, IT Support, or Technical Support, including internship experience. Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications. Basic diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for computer hardware and peripheral devices.
