  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee the maintenance of a modern fleet of agricultural machinery, including both on-road and off-road vehicles.

  • Implement efficient workshop processes and best practices through preventative and scheduled maintenance programs, ensuring full compliance with HSE requirements.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanics, fostering a productive and safe working environment.

  • Delegate and plan daily and weekly workloads for garage staff, monitor job completion, and ensure optimal allocation of resources both in the garage and in the field.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive machinery maintenance plan aligned with upcoming operations.

  • Identify and source required parts using electronic systems, coordinating with the Technical Manager and Stock Department for timely release.

  • Ensure accurate use of garage staff job cards, monitor productivity, and optimize task allocation.

Tələblər

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field (Agriculture/Construction).

  • Valid driving license for automobiles and off-road equipment.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar roles.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

  • Interest in learning and improving technical skills.
