We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll for a workforce of approximately 120 employees, including offshore personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll execution while maintaining compliance with local regulations and internal policies. Location: Baku Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for onshore and offshore employees (approx. 120 staff) Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and final settlements Manage payroll data, timesheets, and employee records in the payroll system Prepare and submit payroll reports in line with internal and external requirements Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies Handle statutory deductions, social insurance, and tax-related calculations Coordinate with HR and Finance departments on employee data changes (hires, terminations, salary adjustments) Support audits by providing required payroll documentation and reports Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Manage payroll for offshore employees in coordination with relevant stakeholders/vendors Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing Experience managing payroll for 100+ employees Experience with offshore/international payroll is a strong advantage Good knowledge of local labor legislation and payroll-related taxes Strong Excel skills and experience with payroll/accounting systems High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential information Strong organizational and communication skills Fluency in English and Russian is preferred Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.

The successful candidate will support senior management in developing and strengthening the company’s risk management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.
