We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to become an integral part of our growing team. If you're someone who thrives on analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is tailored for you. Successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analysing and optimising our global paid digital advertising campaigns. Job responsibilities: Review and analyze search terms in Google Ads campaigns to identify irrelevant keywords and phrases. Add these as negative keywords across different match types to optimize campaign targeting and efficiency. Utilize analytical skills to interpret campaign performance data, identifying trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Translate data into actionable recommendations for optimization. Collaborate with senior team members to suggest keyword expansion opportunities based on observed patterns in search terms and market trends. Develop a solid understanding of business goals and target audience. Use this knowledge to refine negative keyword lists and enhance campaign effectiveness. Contribute creative ad copy suggestions to enhance ad relevance and click-through rates based on keyword analysis. Work closely with cross-functional teams to share insights and coordinate efforts aimed at improving overall campaign performance. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and Google Ads updates to continuously improve skills and contribute to evolving campaign management strategies. Generate regular performance reports, showcasing key metrics, trends, and insights to provide a clear understanding of campaign progress and opportunities for refinement. We are seeking a highly analytical, execution-driven Business Operations Team Lead to drive company-wide prioritization, systemization, and operational excellence in a fast-growing, subscription-based SaaS environment. In this role, you will act as the core execution engine of the company, ensuring that strategic goals are translated into structured action, teams stay aligned, and operations scale efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong business judgment, operational thinking, and a systems mindset, who thrives in fast-paced environments and can bring clarity, structure, and accountability across multiple teams. Job responsibilities: Translate company OKRs into prioritized, actionable task pipelines across teams Create and continuously refine structured backlogs aligned with business goals Ensure all tasks have clear scope, ownership, deadlines, and measurable outcomes Design and implement scalable operational processes and systems Standardize workflows, documentation, and execution frameworks Identify inefficiencies and eliminate operational bottlenecks Manage vendors and external partners, including onboarding, coordination, and performance tracking Support negotiations with data-driven insights and benchmarks Enforce execution standards and ensure timely delivery across teams Track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain full visibility on initiatives Ensure consistent OKR and performance tracking across teams Identify gaps between planned vs actual execution and report risks and delays Monitor operational risks and escalate issues with clear context and solutions Ensure mitigation actions are properly defined and executed Lead execution of high-impact cross-functional projects from planning to delivery Who You Are: 3 years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, Project Management, or similar roles is required.
