Talent Acquisition Specialist
Source and screen qualified candidates using various recruiting techniques, including job boards, social media, and referrals;
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings;
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers;
Assist with the preparation of job descriptions and job postings;
Conduct reference and background checks as needed;
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely delivery of recruiting services;
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
Continuously improve and innovate the recruiting process to enhance the candidate experience and increase hiring efficiency;
Meet or exceed recruiting targets for various positions within the organization;
Maintain a high level of candidate satisfaction throughout the recruiting process;
Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and business leaders;
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing the recruiting process;
Provide regular updates on recruiting progress to hiring managers and other stakeholders.
