Waiter

Responsibilities

• Presenting the menu and providing detailed information when asked (e.g., about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies).

• Informing customers about the day’s specials.

• Offering menu recommendations upon request.

• Communicating order details to the Kitchen Staff.

• Delivering checks, collecting bill payments, and ensuring that the correct amount has been paid.

• Providing excellent customer service to guests.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Waiter.

• Attentiveness and patience with customers.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

• Active listening and effective communication skills.

• Flexibility to work in shifts.

• Proficient in Azerbaijani, English and/or Russian.
