Welcome and check-in/check-out guests professionally and efficiently

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a front office or guest services role in hospitality
Language Skills: Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian
Technical Skills: Proficient in Opera PMS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
