SƏTƏM Təminatı üzrə mühəndis İş yeri: Layihə Sahəsi – AZFEN Bayıl Sahəsi Layihə mərhələsi: Tikinti və İstismara Verilmə Vəzifənin Məqsədi Layihınin bütün fəaliyyətlərinin Sağlamlıq, Təhlükəsizlik və Ətraf Mühit (SƏTƏM) qaydalarına, standartlarına və ən yaxşı təcrübələrinə uyğun olmasından əmin olmaq. Vəzifə öhdəlikləri Prosedur tələblərinə uyğunluğun təmin edilməsi məqsədilə audit proqramının və tədbirlərin hazırlanması, həmçinin auditlərin həyata keçirilməsi; Müvafiq SƏTƏM səviyyəsinin təmin edilməsi məqsədilə təminat proqramının hazırlanmasına, iş sahələrində yoxlamaların həyata keçirilməsinə və tamamlanmasına nəzarət etmək; SƏTƏM fəaliyyətlərinin izlənilməsi sisteminin mövcud olmasına əmin olmaq, yoxlamalar və təminat proqramının icrası zamanı qaldırılmış məsələlərin bağlanması prosesinə nəzarət etmək; Davamlı inkişafın təmin edilməsi üçün təminat məlumatlarının təhlil edilməsi və tendensiyaların müəyyənləşdirilməsi; Təminat fəaliyyətləri üzrə hesabatların hazırlanması; Həftəlik təminat toplantılarının təşkili və aparılması, həmçinin toplantı protokollarının hazırlanması; Zərurət yarandıqda SƏTƏMM mühəndislərinə dəstək göstərmək və iş sahələrində müşahidələr aparmaq; Risklərin qiymətləndirilməsinə əsaslanan yanaşma ilə təminat proqramına yenidən baxmaq, yaranan risklər, tendensiyalar və iş məzmunundakı dəyişikliklər əsasında uyğunluğa nəzarət etmək; Prosedur tələblərinə uyğun olaraq təminat proqramı çərçivəsində həyata keçirilən fəaliyyətlərlə bağlı subpodratçılarla əlaqələrin saxlanılması və subpodratçılar üzərində yoxlamaların aparılması; Təhlükəsizlik səviyyəsinin artırılması məqsədilə iş sahələrində müşahidələr aparmaq və DMTS (BOSS) / TMS (SOC) kartlarını tərtib etmək; İş yerlərində SƏTƏMM üzrə yoxlamalar və auditlər aparmaq;

Countries Azerbaijan Location Baku The Senior Project Engineer will be responsible for providing technical and engineering support for multidiscipline construction activities during the execution of offshore topsides projects. The role includes coordination between engineering, construction, QA/QC, and client teams, ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with project specifications, applicable standards, and approved procedures. The position will also support planning, progress monitoring, Mechanical Completion, system handover, and resolution of technical issues to ensure safe, high-quality, efficient, and timely project delivery. Responsibilities Coordinate construction activities across structural, piping, mechanical, E&I, insulation, and HVAC disciplines, and ensure effective coordination with the engineering department. Review engineering deliverables, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements. Provide technical support to construction teams and manage field engineering issues. Act as a liaison between engineering, construction, QA/QC, and client representatives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, delays, and technical issues, and report them to the Construction Manager. Support constructability reviews and propose solutions to improve execution efficiency. Ensure compliance with Project Execution Plan, procedures, and applicable standards. Have a solid understanding of the Project Execution Plan and monitor site activities to ensure compliance, reporting any non-conformances to the Construction Manager. Participate in technical meetings and contribute to decision-making processes. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for technical matters. Ensure coordination between disciplines during Mechanical Completion and system handover processes, track progress, and report any issues to the Construction Manager. Track and follow up punch list items to ensure timely completion and closure. Take an active role and responsibility during platform load-out activities. Ensure all activities comply with project quality requirements and HSE regulations. Key Requirements Good English communication skills. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in oil & gas projects. Experience in topsides fabrication, construction, or engineering coordination. Strong understanding of multidiscipline engineering and construction processes. Experience in resolving technical and constructability issues. Familiarity with industry standards and project specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Experience using Navisworks or similar 3D model review tools is preferred. Strong coordination and communication skills. The role covers structural, piping, mechanical, E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation), insulation, and HVAC works and supports the preparation and execution of Mechanical Completion systems and system handover activities. The position ensures that construction activities are executed safely and efficiently in compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and project HSE requirements. Responsibilities Maintain close communication with all disciplines while multidiscipline construction activities (structural, piping, mechanical, E&I, insulation, HVAC) are ongoing and support the Construction Manager in ensuring coordination between disciplines. Support fabrication yard activities related to offshore topsides fabrication, module assembly, and topside platform assembly. Provide technical support to construction teams to resolve field engineering issues and coordinate with the engineering department when required, ensuring effective communication between construction and engineering teams and improving constructability. Review drawings, engineering documents, and technical deliverables to verify compliance with project requirements. Support the Mechanical Completion process including: System completion tracking Construction walkdowns Punch list management Coordination with QA/QC and commissioning teams Monitor that construction activities are performed in accordance with the Project Execution Plan, approved procedures, and applicable codes and standards, and report any non-conformances to the Construction Manager. Monitor construction progress, identify technical risks, and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Coordinate with client representatives, engineering teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical queries and site challenges. Participate in constructability reviews and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and safety. Ensure all activities comply with project quality requirements and HSE regulations. Key Requirements Good English communication skills. Minimum 6–10 years of experience in construction within the oil & gas industry. Experience in offshore topsides fabrication and installation, module assembly, and load-out activities. Experience in multidiscipline construction coordination including structural, piping, mechanical, E&I, insulation, and HVAC works. Experience supporting Mechanical Completion systems, system handover, and punch list management. Good understanding of fabrication yard construction and installation techniques. Familiarity with EEMUA 158 requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Experience using Navisworks or similar 3D model review software. Ability to coordinate effectively with engineering, QA/QC, commissioning teams, and client representatives.
