Strategy Expert (Strategy and Digitalization Department)

Şirkətin bütün müəssisələri üzrə yanğın təhlükəsizliyi siyasətinin, prosedurlarının, standartlarının və proqramlarının hazırlanmasını, tətbiq olunmasını və mütəmadi yenilənməsini təmin etmək; Yanğın təhlükəsizliyi sahəsində qüvvədə olan qanunvericiliyin, normativ-hüquqi aktların və daxili standartların tələblərinə uyğunluğa nəzarət etmək; Zavodlar, anbarlar, fermalar, inzibati binalar və digər obyektlər üzrə müntəzəm yoxlama və auditlərin keçirilməsini təmin etmək; Yanğın risklərinin müəyyən edilməsini, qiymətləndirilməsini və risklərin azaldılması istiqamətində tədbirlərin həyata keçirilməsini koordinasiya etmək; Uyğunsuzluqlar üzrə korrektiv tədbirlərin və fəaliyyət planlarının icrasına nəzarət etmək; Təxliyə planlarının, fövqəladə hallara cavab prosedurlarının və digər əlaqəli sənədlərin hazırlanmasını və yenilənməsini təmin etmək; Yanğınsöndürmə vasitələrinin, siqnalizasiya sistemlərinin, hidrantların və digər yanğın təhlükəsizliyi avadanlıqlarının texniki vəziyyətinə nəzarət etmək; Yanğın və təxliyə təlimlərinin, fövqəladə hallar üzrə məşqlərin təşkil edilməsini və koordinasiya olunmasını təmin etmək; Fövqəladə Hallar Nazirliyi ilə yoxlamalar, auditlər və digər rəsmi proseslər çərçivəsində əsas əlaqələndirici şəxs qismində çıxış etmək; Yoxlamalar zamanı aşkar edilmiş uyğunsuzluqların aradan qaldırılması prosesini izləmək və nəzarətdə saxlamaq; Əməkdaşlar və podratçı təşkilatlar üçün yanğın təhlükəsizliyi üzrə təlimlərin, maarifləndirmə sessiyalarının və induksiya proqramlarının keçirilməsini təmin etmək; anğın təhlükəsizliyi göstəricilərinin monitorinq edilməsini və rəhbərliyə mütəmadi hesabatların təqdim olunmasını təmin etmək; Müxtəlif müəssisə və struktur bölmələri üzrə yanğın təhlükəsizliyi fəaliyyətlərinin koordinasiya olunmasını təmin etmək.

Vendor & Supplier Management Manage and maintain supplier relationships across AgroDairy Group companies. Coordinate supplier qualification, onboarding, and approval processes in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements. Maintain and regularly update the Approved Vendor List (AVL). Ensure supplier documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date. Support vendor segmentation and categorization activities. Supplier Performance & Evaluation Monitor vendor performance based on defined KPIs, service levels, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Conduct regular supplier evaluations and performance reviews. Identify supplier-related risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities. Prepare vendor performance reports, dashboards, and analytical summaries for management. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure suppliers comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and contractual obligations. Support vendor due diligence and risk assessment processes. Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams regarding supplier-related compliance matters. Monitor supplier compliance documentation, certifications, and audit requirements. Process Improvement & Governance Contribute to the development, standardization, and optimization of vendor management processes across the Group. Support automation and digitalization initiatives related to vendor management and supplier compliance tracking. Participate in the implementation and improvement of vendor governance frameworks and controls. Ensure transparency, consistency, and process efficiency within supplier management activities. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and business units to ensure effective supplier management practices. Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding vendor management procedures and supplier-related matters.

Description Technical Review & Assurance Perform comprehensive technical reviews of project documentation, including drawings, BOQs, and specifications Validate the alignment between planned quantities and actual site execution Proactively identify technical discrepancies and recommend effective corrective actions Evaluate the constructability and feasibility of engineering solutions within site conditions Site Supervision & Execution Control Oversee and control daily construction and installation activities to ensure adherence to project plans Monitor contractor performance and ensure full compliance with contractual, technical, and quality requirements Enforce implementation of approved methodologies, specifications, and industry best practices Stakeholder Coordination & Communication Act as a key coordination point between project teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to support timely and informed decision-making Manage and communicate design modifications, site instructions, and technical clarifications effectively Testing, Commissioning & Handover Support and participate in testing and commissioning activities to ensure system functionality and performance Oversee execution of functional and performance tests in accordance with project requirements Ensure timely preparation, tracking, and closure of snag/punch lists prior to handover Reporting & Documentation Control Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and progress reports Maintain systematic records of technical changes, variations, and site instructions Support the development and verification of as-built documentation Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 3–4 years of relevant site experience Proficiency in AutoCAD and working with technical documentation Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience in large-scale construction or infrastructure projects HSE knowledge and relevant certifications PMP or other project management knowledge/certifications (advantageous) Job Type - Temporary Interested candidates can apply by clicking the link provided in the "Apply" button.
