Key Responsibilities

Develop and document quality control procedures
Support KPI definition and preparation of monthly & quarterly KPI reports
Prepare audit plans and conduct internal & external audits
Investigate customer quality complaints
Prepare and present audit and investigation reports
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Perform root cause analysis
Collaborate closely with other departments during procedure development
Provide quality support to production, engineering, supply chain, and other teams
Conduct initial document reviews and ensure full traceability

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus)
Minimum at least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manufacturing environment preferred)
Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or similar certifications are an advantage
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and quality-driven mindset
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of health & safety regulations in a manufacturing environment
Good command of English (written, reading, and speaking)
Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools
Proactive attitude and strong sense of ownership
