Oversee daily human resources operations, including benefits administration, leave tracking and monitoring, and the preparation, renewal, and termination of employment contracts.
Accurately and promptly enter and manage employee data in the SIMA and EMAS systems, ensuring regular updates and data integrity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records; manage HR systems and regularly update employee information.
Collect, analyze, and prepare periodic HR reports and statistics for management.
Analyze and visualize data using advanced Excel tools, including complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
Identify employee relations issues in a timely manner and report them to management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Promote teamwork and ensure effective communication across departments.
Implement recruitment strategies through universities, job fairs, traditional media, and online platforms; prepare and post job advertisements; screen and interview candidates; and create and manage an Applicant Tracking Database.
