Senior QA Engineer

Job Summary: As a Venture Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development, validation, and scaling of fintech ventures. You will work at the intersection of market research, strategy, and venture building, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze markets, and contribute to the execution of innovative solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Our Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an advantage); 2–5 years of experience in venture capital, venture studios, consulting, investment banking, or fintech/startup environments; Strong understanding of fintech business models and ecosystem dynamics; Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling and strategic analysis; Proven ability to take ownership and perform effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; Entrepreneurial mindset with a founder-like attitude; Experience in startups or venture building is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Stay ahead of fintech industry trends by conducting in-depth market research across areas such as payments, lending, insurtech, and financial infrastructure; Identify and evaluate new venture opportunities, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and validation of customer problems; Actively participate in venture ideation and problem discovery sessions, contributing innovative and actionable ideas; Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations) to shape and refine venture concepts into MVP-ready solutions; Build financial models, unit economics analyses, and business cases to support venture creation and investment decisions; Prepare high-quality presentations, investment memos, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders; Support venture launch and early-stage execution, ensuring alignment with defined strategy and milestones; Engage with ecosystem stakeholders, including startups, partners, and investors across regional and global fintech markets. Advanced knowledge of Python (asynchronous programming, decorators, context managers) and mastery of Django and FastAPI. Experience in designing relational schemas (PostgreSQL), query optimization, indexing, and NoSQL modeling (MongoDB). Advanced usage of Redis for distributed locking and Pub/Sub. Strong understanding of Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, and Distributed Systems. Expert-level experience with Celery and RabbitMQ, including handling complex task retries, priority queues, and monitoring. Proficiency in Docker (multi-stage builds, orchestration) and experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Comfortable with advanced Linux/Bash automation. Proven track record of writing comprehensive test suites (Unit, Integration, and E2E) using Pytest to maintain high code coverage. Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, vector databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone), and LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain or LlamaIndex). Key Responsibilities Independently design and implement scalable backend components and database schemas for new features. Develop complex AI-driven workflows, including multi-step agentic behaviors and high-performance data parsing from LLMs. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and reduce AI response latency. Conduct rigorous Code Reviews for peers and junior developers, ensuring adherence to SOLID principles and industry best practices. Design and maintain robust, versioned RESTful or GraphQL APIs that are secure and well-documented (OpenAPI/Swagger). Manage production environments, monitor logs (ELK stack, Prometheus/Grafana), and troubleshoot critical on-site issues. Guide Junior developers, assist in breaking down high-level business requirements into technical tasks, and provide accurate effort estimations. Create advanced Bash/Python scripts to automate infrastructure management and local/staging deployment processes. Take an active role in Scrum ceremonies, often leading technical discussions during sprint planning and refinements.
