Are you ready to lift up your career? We are seeking a Venture Analyst to join our dynamic team!
Job Summary:
As a Venture Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the development, validation, and scaling of fintech ventures. You will work at the intersection of market research, strategy, and venture building, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, analyze markets, and contribute to the execution of innovative solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Our Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an advantage);
2–5 years of experience in venture capital, venture studios, consulting, investment banking, or fintech/startup environments;
Strong understanding of fintech business models and ecosystem dynamics;
Advanced analytical skills, including financial modeling and strategic analysis;
Proven ability to take ownership and perform effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
Entrepreneurial mindset with a founder-like attitude;
Experience in startups or venture building is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Stay ahead of fintech industry trends by conducting in-depth market research across areas such as payments, lending, insurtech, and financial infrastructure;
Identify and evaluate new venture opportunities, including market sizing, competitive analysis, and validation of customer problems;
Actively participate in venture ideation and problem discovery sessions, contributing innovative and actionable ideas;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations) to shape and refine venture concepts into MVP-ready solutions;
Build financial models, unit economics analyses, and business cases to support venture creation and investment decisions;
Prepare high-quality presentations, investment memos, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders;
Support venture launch and early-stage execution, ensuring alignment with defined strategy and milestones;
Engage with ecosystem stakeholders, including startups, partners, and investors across regional and global fintech markets.
