Participate in the research, selection and evaluation of potential suppliers;

Participate in tender procedures in accordance with the company's procurement policy

Collect price offers and prepare comparison tables;

Formalize the orders and monitor the overall process;

Ensure proper maintenance of all procurement-related documentation;

Ensure operational cooperation with suppliers and internal departments;

Timely and accurate execution of management instructions.

Higher education;

Experience in procurement is an advantage;

Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English; (required)

Good knowledge of Microsoft office programs;

High level of presentation and communication skills;

Ability to conduct corporate correspondence and business negotiations;

Responsible, proactive and result-oriented.
