Job Description
The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for the preparation of proposals based on customers’ incoming request for quotes. This person must have the ability to interpret customer's technical and commercial documents to ensure the quotations meet both company and the customer's requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead & Opportunity Management (C4C)
C4C Opportunity Status Support to Sales Eng. (Flag outdates stages, quick updates on behalf of sales eng.)
S&C Practices Scorecard Monitoring and Flag Actioner to Sales Eng.
Contract Life Management
Themis T2C Cycle - Compliance Support. (Flag opp with not compliance on T2C cycle)
GAC, Market Share Updates based on Sales File
Booking Management
Booking Control. From Quote in FDP, PO to SO.
Booking Actual Monitoring (Flag Discrepancies)
ROFO Preparation
Monitor progress
Keep Sales File aligned with ACTUAL and Schedule
Tender Support
Monitor Progress
Support Sales Team
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role or field, preferably in sales operations or commercial support.
Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on SAP experience, particularly in sales order management, customer data maintenance, and reporting.
Solid systems admin skills, with the ability to support and maintain internal business systems.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
