Your Mission

  • You’ll turn inquiries into experiences, ideas into itineraries, and clients into lifelong partners

What You’ll Be Doing (and rocking):

  • Craft and deliver killer rate proposals that turn “let me think” into “yes, let’s book it” — making our offers stand out in every market

  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with agencies and partners across regions, becoming the person they trust and rely on

  • Spot new opportunities before others do, pitch smart ideas, and actively fuel our B2B growth with fresh energy and proactive thinking.

  • Manage bookings from A to Z, troubleshoot challenges instantly, and keep all operations running smooth and stress-free behind the scenes.

  • Track performance, analyze trends, prepare insights, and always push to make the next month stronger than the last.

  • Represent A+ Group with confidence during meetings, calls, presentations, and partner interactions — showcasing the best of the Caucasus.

  • Collaborate with sales, reservations, and operations teams to ensure every request is handled fast, accurately, and with top-class service.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and partner needs so your decisions are always smart and backed by real data.

  • Help shape new products, special packages, and promotional offers that make our brand stand out in a competitive market.

  • Be the energy of the sales team — proactive, positive, and ready to make things happen every single day.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tourism (travel agency, hotel or OTA)

  • Excellent command of English and Russian (Russian is mandatory, as this position will work with Russian-speaking countries)

  • Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Confidence with MS Office and modern digital tools

  • A team player with a positive energy who enjoys fast-paced, multicultural environments

  • Sales mindset — ability to persuade, negotiate, and build lasting relationships

Your Mission Business Development Executive is a growth-focused role at the heart of our business expansion. This position works closely with international partners, supports entry into new markets, turns ideas into structured offers and proposals, and connects sales with operations to make things happen. It’s a dynamic role for someone who enjoys communication, strategy, and building long-term partnerships in the travel industry. What You’ll Be Doing (and rocking): Build and nurture long-term relationships with international partners and clients Prepare, manage, and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts Act as a key link between sales, operations, and reservations teams to ensure smooth coordination Support market research and identify new business and partnership opportunities Maintain and analyze partner data, CRM records, and performance reports Support negotiations and commercial discussions with partners Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops, and online meetings when required Track partner performance and support ongoing account management Manage daily communication with partners via email and messaging platforms What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field Experience in tourism, travel agency, or hospitality is an advantage Excellent command of English and Russian (Russian is mandatory due to work with Russian-speaking markets) Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work with numbers, pricing, and basic reports Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude What You’ll Get 800-1000 AZN salary A young, dynamic, and supportive team that actually enjoys what it does Real opportunities for growth and innovation The chance to work with a company that’s shaking up the travel scene in the Caucasus Type: Full-time (40h/week, 2 days off,10:00–19:00) Ready to grow with us?
