Your Mission
Business Development Executive is a growth-focused role at the heart of our business expansion. This position works closely with international partners, supports entry into new markets, turns ideas into structured offers and proposals, and connects sales with operations to make things happen. It’s a dynamic role for someone who enjoys communication, strategy, and building long-term partnerships in the travel industry.
What You’ll Be Doing (and rocking):
Build and nurture long-term relationships with international partners and clients
Prepare, manage, and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations, and contracts
Act as a key link between sales, operations, and reservations teams to ensure smooth coordination
Support market research and identify new business and partnership opportunities
Maintain and analyze partner data, CRM records, and performance reports
Support negotiations and commercial discussions with partners
Represent the company at exhibitions, workshops, and online meetings when required
Track partner performance and support ongoing account management
Manage daily communication with partners via email and messaging platforms
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field
Experience in tourism, travel agency, or hospitality is an advantage
Excellent command of English and Russian (Russian is mandatory due to work with Russian-speaking markets)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work with numbers, pricing, and basic reports
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience is a plus
Proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible attitude
