Working conditions:

Workplace: Novikov,
Salary: 1500 + %,
Official employment in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Requirements for candidates:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in upscale or luxury restaurant operations.
At least 2–3 years in a managerial role within a fine dining or 5-star hotel environment.
Pre-opening experience in high-end concepts is an advantage.
Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards and international hospitality practices.
Deep understanding of luxury service etiquette and fine dining protocols.

Job responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant;
Manage, train, and motivate staff, including scheduling shifts;
Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at the highest level;
Monitor sales, costs, and budgets to achieve financial targets;
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly;
Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and new projects;
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Managing and growing accounts on Instagram and TikTok. Writing engaging and sales-driven posts, stories, and scripts for Reels. Organizing and overseeing photo and video shoots. Setting up, launching, and analyzing advertising campaigns. Engaging with comments and direct messages, maintaining audience involvement. Analyzing content effectiveness and preparing reports. Requirements: At least 3 year of experience in SMM. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar programs. Basic knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and proactiveness. Ability to handle negative feedback and resolve conflicts professionally.
