Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To respond to incoming e-mail, calls

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

  • Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.

  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks

  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

  • Sorting and distributing mail.

  • Controlling administrative team.

  • Provide excellent customer service.

  • Scheduling appointments.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Higher education

  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.

  • Consistent, professional dress, and manner.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijan, English and Russian.

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.

  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide the client with advice and guidance on how to obtain the required documentation to travel internationally. Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government. Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents. Reviewing the submitted documents Keeping up to date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration/visa laws Maintaining an accurate record and invoices for the services provided Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients Keeping clients up to date with their immigration/visa status and communicating any foreseeable delays Handling on-ground requests Qualifications and Education Requirements: Higher education 2+ years of experience Proficient user of MS Office Good in communication in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian languages, written and verbal. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting and advising customers to choose from a variety of travel options. Responding of questions about the hotel’s amenities and services, including room rates, room availability, and booking policies Checking availability of accommodation or transportation on the customer’s desired travel dates. Making reservations based on various requirements and budgetary allowances. Preparing documentation for confirmed bookings necessary for payment collection Sorting out any post-booking issues that may arise. Selling and promoting reservation services Up-selling, when appropriate, by informing customers of additional services or special packages, such as tour tickets, travel insurance, or upgraded seats/accommodations. Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation. Other tasks as required by management. Qualifications and Education Requirements: Higher education Minimum 4 years work experience Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good in communication in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian languages, written and verbal. Internal and external customer satisfaction oriented. Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application and collections. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and resolution of discrepancies. Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports and minimize overdue receivables. Establish and maintain credit limits and terms for customers in accordance with company policies. Monitor and manage credit risks to minimize bad debt exposure. Implement effective collection strategies to reduce outstanding receivables and improve cash flow. Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely payment.
