Job Responsibilities:

Act on behalf of the Consultant / Supervision Company in all cost-related matters.
Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Evaluate contractor bids, support procurement, and contract award processes.
Review and certify interim and final payment applications.
Conduct joint measurements and independently verify executed works.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial risks.
Review and manage variations, claims, and change orders.
Prepare final accounts, cost reports, and financial summaries.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervision teams.
Ensure contractual compliance and accurate cost documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience on consultant / supervision side projects.
Strong knowledge of measurement, BOQ preparation, and cost control.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Experience in multistorey or large-scale building projects.
Good command of English (Turkish language is an advantage).

About the role: Location: Georgia, Tbilisi Employer: Construction Supervision / Technical Supervision Company Project Type: High-Rise Building Complex Project Start Date: End of March 2026 Job Responsibilities: Perform direct technical supervision of construction works on behalf of the Consultant. Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contracts. Review GFC drawings, method statements, and material submittals. Monitor excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, waterproofing, and finishing works. Ensure quality control, workmanship, and structural safety. Verify dimensions, levels, alignment, and workmanship at various stages. Review contractor submissions such as BBS, pour cards, test results, and checklists. Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site monitoring reports. Coordinate with contractors, designers, consultants, and MEP teams. Enforce HSE requirements and site safety regulations. Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and final completion documentation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision / technical supervision. Experience in high-rise or multistorey building projects is mandatory. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project. Strong ability to read and interpret GFC drawings. Good knowledge of construction standards and safety regulations.
