Procurement & Logistics Engineer

Mantra Energy LLC has been providing Procurement & Supply Chain services since 2003, supporting Oil & Gas, Industrial, Petrochemical, and Telecom companies across different countries About the Role We are looking for disciplined and responsible candidates who want to build a stable long-term career in procurement, logistics, and coordination work. The role mainly involves supplier communication, quotation follow-ups, shipment coordination, and day-to-day procurement support for Azerbaijan and nearby markets. Entry-Level, Long-Term Career Opportunity Main Responsibilities Communicate with suppliers and follow up for quotations Handle RFQs and coordinate with internal teams Coordinate shipment and logistics activities Maintain records and regular updates Support daily procurement and office operations Build good communication with suppliers and clients Preferred Qualification Bachelor’s degree Candidates from Commerce, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Languages, Engineering, or similar backgrounds may apply. Good English communication skills are important Knowledge of Azerbaijani and/or Russian is an advantage Previous experience in procurement or logistics is an advantage but not mandatory.
