Procurement & Logistics Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement & Logistics Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or young professionals eager to build their careers in procurement and supply chain management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in analyzing material specifications and drawings to understand procurement needs. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality products. Coordinate and manage transportation of goods to ensure timely pick-up and delivery, collaborating with vendors and freight forwarders. Develop relationships with domestic and international suppliers to meet procurement goals. Track shipments from collection to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and INCOTERMS. Identify cost-effective transportation methods and negotiate with freight forwarders to meet company and client needs. Help prepare reports and performance reviews on procurement and logistics activities. Contribute to maintaining smooth business operations and meeting project deadlines. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Petroleum Engineering / Supply Chain Management. Languages: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Russian, Turkish, or Azerbaijani is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and basic internet research. Personal Attributes: Strong analytical and communication skills. Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
