Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Salary: 2000 AZN net

About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organized, reliable, and proactive Personal Assistant to the CEO to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a PA, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and personal support to the CEO

  • Manage daily schedule, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials

  • Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and business communications in a professional manner

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times

  • Coordinate tasks with internal departments and follow up on deadlines

  • Assist with personal matters when required

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to senior management / CEO (mandatory)

  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (spoken and written)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • High level of responsibility, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Location: Baku (with business trips to project sites) Employment type: Full-time Job Description: On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join the Procurement team of a large-scale industrial project. The role is critical in managing contractual documentation, ensuring compliance with corporate governance, and supporting procurement and project execution activities throughout the project lifecycle. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Treasury Manager Location: Baku Department: Finance Reporting to: Head of Finance & Economics Purpose of the role: The Treasury Manager is responsible for controlling and executing treasury operations, including cash flow management, payments, banking operations, insurance processes, and internal control procedures. The role also contributes to the development of corporate policies related to treasury, risk management, budgeting, and payments. Key Responsibilities: Prepare comparative analysis of commercial offers from banks and insurance companies Manage opening and administration of bank accounts Oversee loan, deposit, and currency conversion operations Coordinate and control payment and cash-flow procedures Coordinate provision of KYC documentation to banks and insurers Prepare and coordinate cash-flow and payment reporting Manage debt drawdowns, debt servicing, and related covenants Coordinate issuance and execution of documentary instruments (LCs, guarantees, etc.) Develop treasury, payment, cash-flow, and insurance policies Maintain operational relationships with banks and insurance brokers Lead and coordinate treasury/finance team members Requirements: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics Professional certification (CFA / FRM) is a strong advantage Minimum 7 years of relevant treasury experience in large or international companies Strong expertise in treasury operations, banking, and risk management Solid knowledge of currency control, payments, and tax regulations Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills English – upper-intermediate or higher Proficiency in MS Office and financial reporting systems Interested candidates can send their CV to the e-mail address in the Apply for job button.
