Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable On-Call Service Representative to handle phone and email service requests during overnight hours. This role is crucial in ensuring that our drivers receive timely and effective support.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to phone and email inquiries from drivers between 5 PM and 8 AM. (6 PM – 9 AM AZ time)
Handle service requests related to fuel, road conditions, fines, Drivers Health issues, Traffic accidents and damage reports.
Provide accurate information and solutions to driver’s issues.
Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments as needed.
If necessary, communicate with police officers regarding fines and traffic accidents. Communicate with gas station operators and other suppliers when necessary.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (EN + RU necessary, other (DE, FR, IT - would be a bonus).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working handling overnight shifts.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with email.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the transport and logistics industry.
Knowledge of road regulations and fines/penalties.
Previous experience or good understanding of handling traffic accidents and vehicle damage claims (according to EU law).
